Chimney CleaningÂ
We inspect all chimney / fireplace systems from the roof and inside the fireplace; we sweep all systems as needed from the roof, and collect the soot at the damper. On average, 50-60% need sweeping.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
We now service the dryer vent lines from the exterior with a reverse air-snake/jet powered by large truck mounted and mobile air compressors. We do not service the dryers themselves. Any dryer vents that are not accessible by ladder or on the roof we will note and skip.
Upon completion of dryer vent cleaning at each property, our skilled technicians will provide a detailed quote for any recommended repairs found including: chase covers that leak, windscreens, disconnected chimneys, dampers, and refractory walls can be fixed or replaced.
